After serving as President of one
Rotary Club, I feel I should have done better. The spirit
of service then ignited in me drives me to think what I missed to do or wish
what I should have done. And so I
arrive at a belief that I should think of helping increasing and even
improving service to mankind. Being
with one of Rotary’s working service communities is indeed welcome! When I see
the fire that drives our very active current officers, I hardly can
comprehend or believe that such relatively young officers have such elite
ideas and endless energies. I only wish
I could have done more. But then our time was earlier in Rotary world. So all
I now do is watch with admiration. I’m
ready to join in any service I can contribute to. And “May the Almighty keep this unusual
energy of our club officers stay.” And
let me enjoy in their glory! NOW I
CONTINUE TO ENJOY ROTARY! |
