Water  Engine
This Filipino boasts of a car that runs on water.  His name is Daniel Dingel and he has been talking about his invention for more than three decades.  In 1969, Dingel built a car reactor that uses electricity from a 12-volt car battery to split the ordinary tap water into hydrogen and oxygen components.  The hydrogen can then be used to power the car engine.  Dingel applied this technology in his red 16-valve Toyota Corolla with the small hydrogen reactor that he invented hooked up to its internal combustion engine (ICE).
