RCSFU's Golden Moments
BY  PP SILVER L. SARMIENTO

Most Outstanding Public Rural Elementary  School Administrator (MOPRESA), Search for the Most Outstanding Policeman in La Union and others. Handicapped people were given crutches, malnourished children were given shoeshine materials to begin a livelihood.
We are born once and cannot be born twice, for all times must be no more. Measuring the natural purpose of life is great wealth.  This is because it's not the number of years on earth that matters but what you do on earth with your time.
RCSFU could only have golden moments if we turn our gifts of life into a bonanza of countless achievements in the service of others.  Its not just discussion over a plan but turning these words into action.
However, I could say that with our accomplishment, we really had golden moments-excellence in public service leaving out footprints and tangible accomplishments could be exciting for the incoming members to duplicate our feat.
For new members, make a difference in your lives.  Keep your spirit alive by giving enthusiasm in all our undertakings.  Make advantage of your youth and vigor.  Look at the other members who will soon graduate at the university of  experience.  If they have a gallery of accomplishments, strive to outnumber them. Love what you do and do it well.
Never that we had a dull moment with our members.  Every time we talk to each other, we are always productive.  Leadership is a change and evolution the kind that benefits the organization.  When you leave a place, you must leave it cleaner and better than when you found it.
