FOR THE PERIOD - JULY 1999 TO JUNE 13, 2000

CLUB SERVICE - Director Ali Morales

Attended District Assembly '99 on May 8-9, 1999 with ten   (10) Rotarians at the Holiday Inn Resort, Clarkfield, Pampanga
Attended thirty two (32) Inductions of Rotary Clubs in   Baguio, Pangasinan, Pampanga, Tarlac and La Union.
Attended district affairs on Membership Development, Rotary   Village Corps, The Rotary Foundation, Mid-Year, District Conference and   Year-End Review.
The 40th Induction was held on July 6, 1999 with   Senator Loren Legarda as Guest of Honor and Speaker.
During the Induction, the Rotary Web Page with web site at   rotary.sflu.com was introduced to the   members,  for easier access to other Rotary Clubs.
Tree planting at the La Union North Diversion Road with   Senator Loren Legarda who  is  an environmental crusader at  heart,,  with government   officials led by Rtn/Gov. Tito Orros.
Started membership of 46, inducted 14 new members and   re-admitted 3 former members with 3 resignations bringing a total of 60   members as of June 6, 2000.
Attendance chart was made available to monitor members on   their home club and make up; Program schedule board showing the day chairman   and the speaker for the coming six month activity.
Our Club is No. 1 in the District Monthly Attendance since   July to May, 2000. Our Attendance Committee should be congratulated for   maintaining our attendance record of 100% since the start of the RY.   
We presented to the  general membership the widest spectrum of   topics through the various speakers we  have invited in our weekly meetings,  making   our programs well-balanced among the 4-Avenues of Service.
Our Club joined in the Inter-Civic Bowling Tournament   sponsored by YMCA of La Union.
Fireside meeting was held at the residence of PP Cres &   Lina Fernandez on August
