CLUB CLINIC

What can my club do to increase our ranks with active, dedicated, committed Rotarians?

A - You might follow the example of one club that experienced success. First: Identify active club members who have a strong circle of friends and motivate these Rotarians to propose like-minded members. Then invite the potential members to participate in one of the club's service activities. Next, treat the prospects to two pre-induction information sessions conducted by past district goveernors. Afterward, invite the prospect to attend three regular club meetings. Finally, initiate the formal proposal process and invite them to join.
